Don't try to reverse engineer the game, decompile our code, or hack into our systems or accounts. Simple as that.
Intellectual Property Rights
Everything on GoldenQuest—text, graphics, logos, images, audio, software—belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
Service Provided As-Is
You get the Service as it is, no guarantees. We're not promising it'll never go down or have bugs.
Limitation of Damages
We're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages from using GoldenQuest or not being able to access it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the United States.
